How do you arrange people's session time?Before your session we send the primary contact a booking link to be distributed to the team, allowing everyone to self select the best time in their schedule for their head shot.This keeps the day organised and ensures every team member receives the same professional experience without interfering with day to day work.2. How much space is needed and what if we don' have enough?For most organisations, we bring a complete portable studio directly to your workplace, ensuring every member of your team is photographed with the same professional lighting, background, and framing for a consistent look across your website and marketing materials.To set up the studio, we typically require a clear area of approximately 8ft × 8ft.If your premises cannot accommodate this space, there's no need to worry. We work with a network of professional studios in cities across the UK, allowing your team to achieve the same consistent results at a nearby location. Simply let us know where you're based, and we'll discuss the most suitable option.3. I’ve never had a professional photoshoot. Will there be posing guidance?Yes. Every team member receives clear, step-by-step direction throughout a short, structured session. We guide posture, positioning, facial expression, and eye line so that the final images look natural, approachable, and professional.The photographer has extensive experience working with individuals who are not used to being photographed, as well as with models, actors, and agency talent. That background means we know how to adapt our guidance to different confidence levels, body types, and personalities, helping even camera-shy team members feel comfortable and look their best.4. When and how will we receive the images?Following your photography session, the images are professionally edited and retouched. We aim to deliver the completed galleries within seven days.Images are provided through a secure online gallery. The primary contact receives access to the team's photographs, while each staff member receives their own private gallery to view and download their individual images.All final images are supplied in high resolution and are ready to use across your website, LinkedIn profiles, marketing materials, and other digital or print applications.5.
